This time, I will talk about what I have not previously spoken about Mike ... of what I have personally read in his rare manuscripts .... of what Montazer believed before he applied ...
Mike ... he divided the training intensity into three stages .. Each player is seen according to his ability and needs to apply the theory of ultra-intensive training with three categories: ⬇️
