+how to maintain your shape at home?

all ppl are asking even to still in shape without going to the gym, only some workouts at home and some cardio if it is possible.

some say it is so simple and easy, just some push ups and pull ups will go right, and do not make it compound, especially with this current situation ( (quarantine) being at home, being inactif and eating so flat).





couple goals

when each part of the couple are sportive that is a source of motivation, to be motivated all the time to be active, even at the gym or any place.  


+what type of workout can do ?



if you can have some equipments like resistant cables and if it is possible some dumbbells, that's perfect, than you can choose ur own style of exercice from youtube or a coach you know.

+what about diet?

especially with the inactive situation, you must stay lean and apply a good diet and full with vitamins to make the body more efficient to face microbes and viruses.
